Title: Pool Attendant Reports to: Spa & Wellness Manager, Spa Supervisor Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Seasonal Job Summary: As a member of the Hacienda Spa team, the Pool Attendant plays an integral role in representing the Los Poblanos brand and our unique well-being model. This position will enrich the guest experience by connecting guests to our historic property and organic farm through spa and wellness services. This position is responsible for monitoring the pool facility, greeting, and engaging with guests, enforcing pool policies, and maintaining the overall aesthetic standards of the area. Essential Job Functions: \xc2\xb7 Promptly welcome and acknowledge guests by name \xc2\xb7 Provide orientation tour of the pool facility, explaining pool/spa amenities and answering guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions \xc2\xb7 Actively build a rapport with guests to understand the nature of their stay allowing us to anticipate their needs and create a customized experience \xc2\xb7 Walk all assigned areas throughout shift; remove dirty towels, pick up trash and service trays \xc2\xb7 Issue and restock pool linen and supplies to ensure proper inventory levels \xc2\xb7 Set up and/or breakdown pool area daily \xc2\xb7 Maintain pool showers and bathroom area throughout shift \xc2\xb7 Maintain a safe, clean, stocked, and well-organized environment \xc2\xb7 Assist in facilitating guest activities and seasonal offerings at the pool \xc2\xb7 Follow and enforce safety protocols and procedures \xc2\xb7 Strive to create a personalized experience for every guest \xc2\xb7 Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed our guest\xe2\x80\x99s expectations \xc2\xb7 Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously \xc2\xb7 Actively promote spa treatments, wellness offerings, promotions, and general property information \xc2\xb7 Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision \xc2\xb7 Work in conjunction with the F&B department to provide drink and food service to guests \xc2\xb7 Regularly attendant and participate in spa trainings and meetings \xc2\xb7 Follow opening and closing checklist as assigned by management. \xc2\xb7 Be on time for scheduled shift and uphold a good attendance record. \xc2\xb7 Assist with the setup and cleanup of wellness classes. \xc2\xb7 Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
