Caterpillar Pontiac will be hosting a Talent Tuesday open interview hiring event first on Tuesday May 2, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 1300 4H Park Road, Pontiac, IL! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT:
  • From start to finish the process could take about 2 hours.
  • Must have a photo ID with you.
Position Information:
  • Various positions and shifts available.
  • Starting pay for Pontiac positions is $19.56-$25.56 an hour + night shift premium.

The facility manufactures and assembles fuel injectors. The facility also houses aftertreatment operations that support other CAT facilities and dealers. What you must have:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Must be able to work any shift / schedule as shifts / working hours will change with business needs.
