Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polyurethane Technician to join our foundation repair team. This role involves the application of polyurethane foam for structural stabilization, void filling, and bulkhead stabilization in residential and commercial foundation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection systems, a strong understanding of construction safety practices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate polyurethane injection equipment to stabilize foundations, fill voids beneath concrete slabs, and reinforce bulkheads. Prepare work sites by cleaning surfaces, drilling injection ports, and setting up equipment. Mix and apply polyurethane foam according to manufacturer specifications and job requirements. Monitor foam expansion and curing to ensure proper fill and lift. Perform quality control checks and document work performed. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in polyurethane injection or similar construction work. Familiarity with foundation repair techniques and materials. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
