In this hands-on role, you?ll use polishing equipment and techniques to enhance the appearance, quality, and durability of our products. Key Responsibilities:

Polish metal parts and assemblies to meet customer and company quality standards.



Operate polishing equipment safely and efficiently.



Inspect parts for surface defects, scratches, or imperfections and correct as needed.



Follow job traveler instructions and maintain accurate production records.



Prepare workpieces for finishing, cleaning, or coating processes.



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.



Communicate with supervisors or team members about quality issues or process improvements.



Assist with related production tasks as needed to support team goals.

What You Bring:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.



Experience with polishing, buffing, or finishing metal preferred but not required; training provided.



Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.



Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.



Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
