Job Description

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Policy Executive/Strategic Planner to provide support across IT and Control systems.

Responsibilities:

The Policy Executive/Strategic Planner will work across departments to: Set the tone, pace, and standards of operations. Write and refine policies, technical documentation, and strategic plans that guide our cybersecurity and technical operations. Break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise content tailored to both expert and executive audiences. Work with leaders to ensure policies stay current, compliant, and aligned with their goals. Management of internal documentation for audits, assessments, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience writing policies, technical procedures, cybersecurity documentation, and strategic plans. Ability to confidently present to executive and other stakeholders. Thrive on turning complexity into clarity. Must be organized, articulate, and able to work well under pressure.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university

Security:

Active Secret security clearance

required.

Location:

Onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Travel:

Travel is expected with this position. Approximately (5) Five 1-week trips.
