Job Description

Poke clerks work in the food service area of the store. They serve customers who purchase poke and other food products in the poke department. Additional duties may be assigned to facilitate store operations and to promote customer service.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Greets and serves customers at the take-out counter; takes their order in a friendly manner Provides complete and accurate food ingredients at the customer's request Accurately weighs and labels food items purchased by customers Performs cleaning duties to keep shelves, tables, trays, displays and the service counter area clean, orderly, and sanitary at all times Follows required food sanitation regulations when handling and storing food products throughout the day Cleans and stocks display case to meet required sanitation standards and to make the food products attractive and appealing to customers Follows proper timekeeping procedures to accurately record hours worked

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
