Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk and guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and efficient team management within a vibrant resort environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Manage guest relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain excellent service standards Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional guest services and support Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations Implement hotel policies and procedures related to guest services and safety protocols Monitor occupancy levels and assist in managing room allocations efficiently

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or supervisory role within a hospitality setting is preferred Hospitality experience is required Hotel operations experience is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills is a plus, not required Must have availability to work on weekends
