Join our growing team at Eagle Plywood a leader in the wood products industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Plywood Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the plant floor, ensure quality control, and lead a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of plywood production employees.

Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain high standards of product quality and safety.

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements.

Train, coach, and evaluate team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and upper management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a plywood or wood products manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of production machinery and safety procedures.

Ability to analyze and improve production process.

Bilingual ( English/Spanish ) a plus
