Plumbing Service Technician

Job Summary:

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems and light commercial plumbing systems. We're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and customer-focused with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair or replacement options Install and service water heaters, gas lines, house fixtures, water lines, drainage pipes, and more Diagnose and clean underground plumbing systems Perform drain cleaning and camera inspections Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle Keep accurate records of jobs and materials used Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing code

Requirements:

2+ years of residential or light commercial plumbing experience (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, crawlspaces, etc.) Relevant certifications or licensing (Journeyman or higher preferred, but not required) Must be able to get transportation to the shop
