We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager with a reputation for excellence. Serving as a leader, motivator, trainer, and sales driver, the Service Manager inspires their team to provide customers with superior service. This position handles hiring and developing staff, inclusive of setting and maintaining goals/standards, production monitoring, and analysis, and obtaining and sharing product knowledge on services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with plumbing & drain systems, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Pay:

Salaried, $87,500+Quarterly bonus potential

Schedule

: Monday- Friday, rotating manager on call

Role Responsibilities:



Provide technical assistance to Technicians when requested or when necessary to ensure high quality of service to customers. Lead, direct, and motivate departments to reach their highest level of potential and achieve maximum motivation and attitude within service department Invest time on personal development to increase personal leadership within departments. Provide ongoing technical and safety training to ensure we maintain the level of knowledge and skills to do quality work, promote a safe working environment and prepare for future growth. Ensure all Technicians have the necessary tools, equipment, and manpower to maximize their potential to provide the highest quality service to our customers as possible. Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job. Manage and guide service technicians, as well as maintain involvement with Dispatch and call Center Representatives daily. Consistently provide service and sales performance support to the techs via ride a-longs, site visits, and coaching calls. Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1's. Help develop annual budgets, control expenses, and meet or exceed plan. Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes. Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional customer satisfaction and performance standards. Oversee customer issue resolution including site visits, oversight of repairs, and follow ups. Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.

Role Requirements

:

3 or more years of service manager or supervisory experience in the plumbing or skilled trade area. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.) Valid driver's License and a clean driving record

Preferred requirements:



2 or more years' experience with Profit and Loss, responsibility of revenue, costs and budgets. Intermediate knowledge/use of industry-standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
