Plumbing Installer - Ideal Services (Henderson / Las Vegas, NV)

Hourly Pay + Bonuses | Full-Time | Monday-Saturday Rotation | Start Time: 7:30 AM

We're a locally owned home services company that's been serving Henderson since 2001. We've grown from a small two-person operation to a 20+ person team with 16+ fully stocked trucks--because we focus on honesty, quality work, and taking care of our people.

What You'll Do

Install residential and light commercial re-pipes Install tank and tankless water heaters, softeners, filtration systems, and plumbing fixtures Complete main line replacements Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job specs Ensure all work meets UPC and company quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Collaborate with project managers and other trades

What We're Looking For

2+ years of plumbing installation or service experience Strong knowledge of PEX, copper, and PVC Ability to solder, thread, and assemble fittings and fixtures Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliability, strong communication, and great customer service skills Ability to work full-time (40-45 hrs/wk) and attend 7:30 AM meetings

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay:

$28-$40/hr

(based on experience)

Performance-based

Full-time | Monday-Saturday rotation | Start at 7:30 AM
