What you will do

:

Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair. Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed. Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures. Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.

Who you are:

1-5 Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship Current plumbing certification as required by state Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures Good communication and interpersonal skills
