full-time Plumbing Apprentice (3rd Year)

to act as an assistant to our experienced plumbers while completing the rest of his or her apprenticeship. This is a full-time

Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm

job.


As a Plumbing Apprentice (3rd Year), you'll be paid

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PLUMBING APPRENTICE (3RD YEAR)

You are eager to continue on your plumber's apprenticeship journey here at Lanz! Your main goal as a Plumbing Apprentice (3rd Year) is to ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to. By going out in the field with experienced plumbers to help install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, plumbing, and drainage systems for both commercial and residential customers, you soak everything up like a sponge! You'll assist in installing both underground water lines as well as sewer lines.


From properly talking with customers to completing high-quality installations, you provide assistance as the experienced plumbers mentor and train you. As a hard worker, you are serious about your career path and pay close attention. You also enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. In addition, you are determined to reach the journeyman plumber level, so you keep up on your studies. You enjoy being part of our team and are excited about reach the next rung in a stable and well-paid career!

QUALIFICATIONS

Be in the 3rd year of your apprenticeship A technical school certificate, valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record Able and willing to work from a 28' extension ladder, 12' step ladders, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions Physically capable of lifting or moving objects up to 100 lbs Willing to invest in tools used in the service plumbing industry Able to pass a drug test Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
