Based in Dallas, Steward currently operates 33 hospitals across Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Essential Functions:
1 Inspects, installs, repairs, and replaces pipes, fittings, sinks, showers, toilets, water heaters and related plumbing fixtures to maintain and related plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas and drainage systems
2 Opens clogged drains by use of hand or power operated devices. Cleans spills, debris, leaks, etc. caused by backups or repair techniques.
3 Coordinate repair of tile, replaster or paint walls through which holes have been cut to gain access to plumbing. Coordinate final clean of affected area after water damage or contamination. Coordinate requisition of materials used or needed for repairs.
Secondary Functions:
1 Follows all applicable regulatory agency policies, guidelines, and codes
2 Performs all work in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
3 May operate a computer, telephone, television and maintenance tools and equipment
4 All other duties required or assigned by management
Qualifications:
Education/Skills: High school graduate/GED
NIMS training within (6) months.
Licensure: None required; Preferred Texas Journeyman or equivalent
