Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various vehicles and equipment to transport materials, tools, and personnel across different job sites. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, efficient landscape and construction support, and the smooth execution of outdoor projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your mechanical knowledge, and contribute to a variety of landscaping, hardscape, and maintenance tasks that enhance outdoor spaces.

Duties

Safely operate trucks, excavators, lawn mowers, snow plows, and other power tools to support landscaping, construction, and maintenance projects Transport materials such as soil, mulch, plants, and equipment to designated locations with precision and care Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, pruning, irrigation setup, and gardening activities Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary Support land development activities by using hand tools and excavators for site preparation and hardscape installation Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment after each use Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations

Experience

Proven experience operating a variety of landscaping or construction machinery such as excavators, lawn care equipment, or snow plows Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs or troubleshooting on vehicles and power tools Hands-on experience in landscape maintenance including mowing, tree care (trimming and pruning), irrigation systems, and gardening practices Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and other landscaping implements Knowledge of horticulture principles and outdoor project safety standards is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for long periods of active work

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
