Professional licensure and an employee of the Harrison County Board of Education, preferred

SELECTION:

The position is filled by the Board of Education upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools

SALARY:

As Per Harrison County Board of Education extra-curricular assignment schedule

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

+ Support state, county and school extra-curricular activities.





+ Work cooperatively with intra-school departments.





+ Coordinate activities with principal, teachers, and other staff members on matters relating to school plays.





+ Strive to foster good school/community relations by keeping the community aware of responsible to the play.





+ Select a director, the case, the play and crew for each play production.





+ Attend all practices and performances.





+ Conduct all tryouts and auditions.





+ Select props for the play.





+ Supervise all cast members.
