As a

Play Specialist

, you'll be at the heart of guest experiences at our Las Vegas location. You'll support guests during open play hours as well as during birthday parties and private events, ensuring every visit is fun, smooth, and memorable. This role combines hospitality, event support, and guest engagement, perfect for those who love working with people in a creative and active environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests with a friendly, professional attitude Assist with ticketing, reservations, cancellations, and merchandise sales Answer phones, handle inquiries, and manage in-store bookings Educate and guide guests through our interactive games and experiences Support birthday parties, private events, and group experiences Engage with guests to encourage participation and ensure fun Maintain cleanliness of the venue, including sweeping, mopping, and restroom upkeep during shifts Assist with food and beverage service during events (training provided)

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or entertainment preferred Background in serving or bartending a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills (phone and in-person) Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a passion for play and technology Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying positive Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Amusement center, entertainment, or event experience a plus
