Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons Take orders and accurately enter them into the POS system Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times Prepare coffee drinks and teas Help with catering orders and event setup as required Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred If not previous experience, we will train you to make our offerings Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change A valid food handler's license must be current, or obtained within the first week of hiring Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
