Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Sausage Plant Production Worker to support our day-to-day business working in a manufacturing environment, making sausage and boudin. Our Sausage Plant Production Worker responsibilities include working in a safe manner, help in the packing room and on the production line.
Responsibilities
Assist with various tasks in a manufacturing environment
Mixing and grinding meat to specifications
Sort, wrap, crate and package meat products according to company guidelines
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Adhering to and implementing the company's health and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Must be a team player
Flexibility to work in different areas of the plant as needed
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
