Salary Range: $180,000 to 200,000/Year

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Plant Manager

to lead our high-speed bottling operation into its next era of operational excellence. This role is ideal for a systems-driven leader who thrives on building strong teams, shaping culture, and delivering superior performance in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead safe, high-quality, and efficient production across all bottling operations. Implement Lean Six Sigma tools: Standard Work, Daily Management, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen. Build and sustain an engaged, high-performing workforce. Develop and manage annual operating and 5-year capital budgets. Monitor KPIs to improve safety, yield, line and labor efficiency, and cost performance. Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and Food Safety standards. Champion continuous improvement and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of leadership in food or beverage manufacturing. Proven experience implementing Lean Six Sigma and driving process excellence. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and BI tools. Commitment to safety, compliance, and team development.
