What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily operations of the aggregate plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and quality control processes Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

What Are We Looking For

Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial setting Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Effective communication and problem-solving skills Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This role is based in a plant environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy machinery, and varying noise levels. The position requires walking, standing, and climbing in operational areas.
