Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning & Inventory Control Coordinator to drive efficiency and accuracy within our supply chain operations. In this role, your duties will include:

Production Planning

o Update and reconcile digital inventory

o Manage fabrication log

o Extensive spreadsheet work in Excel and Sheets (Daily usage of up to 10 different spreadsheets)

Inventory Control

o Own the check in and verification process of received material from our suppliers

o Reconcile digital vs. physical inventory numbers

o Vault management (Add/Remove product placards, consolidate products, vault cleanliness, finished & raw material expert)

o Track & order custom packaging materials

Miscellaneous

o Assist fulfillment team in times of increased demand

o Clear paid orders in Wholesale order management software

o Proficiency across various shipping software platforms (Retail, Wholesale, Carrier specific, and LTL)

Experience/Requirements: College Degree, analytically minded, proficient in Excel and Sheets, highly organized, able to lift 30-50 lbs., comfortable with data entry, spreadsheet management, and vault maintenance.

This position reports to: Sr. Manager, Planning & Inventory Control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
