What You will Do:



Handling Aging low priority parts within customer portal according to lead time requirements. Communicating with Planners to coordinate and resolve aging issues with parts that are struggling to meet needed delivery deadlines and requirements. Handle deferrals and expedites within Servigistics tool to either escalate for information, or release. Handling and maintaining a working queue of external expedites within the customer portals. Removing block holds of parts within your queue based on a variety of issues that may occur and working to resolve them through collaboration and communication with various teams not limited to Quality/Finance. Handling daily procurements within customer portal.

What You Will Bring:



Experience in handling cross team communication and correspondence in a productive and streamlined manner. A knowledge in utilizing ERP systems knowing SAP as a ERP system and being familiar with it is a bonus. Experience with Servigistics. Managing and working in shared Excel documents, handling Outlook, shared team files ERP system experience preferred Delivery Assurance experience a plus Experience working in collaborative team based Excel shared documents.

Pay Range:

$55,000-$65,000
