Cappza's Pizza -- Now Hiring for General Staff & Delivery Positions!

Potential to earn over $18/hour!

Base pay starting at

$14.75-$15.50/hr

depending on experience,

plus tips!

Fully trained staff share in the weekly tip pool (averaging

$2.00-$3.00/hr worked

), and delivery drivers also earn additional cash tips at the end of each shift.

Just like our food, our best employees are made from the right ingredients. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety -- spending some time delivering great food and great service, and some time working in-store preparing orders and helping the team.

What You'll Do:

Deliver orders safely, courteously, and on time Check all orders for accuracy and quality before leaving the store Jump in to help with dishwashing, prep, and cleaning between deliveries Learn to prepare menu items at various stations: pizza making, oven tending, phones, and registers Provide real, friendly customer service -- every time

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least

18 years of age

with a

valid driver's license

clean driving record

reliable insured vehicle

cell phone

for customer contact Team players who build respectful relationships and help wherever needed Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Willingness to cross-train across restaurant stations Availability for a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts (we're flexible!) Previous experience is great, but we're happy to train the best candidates
