We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pizza Maker and Store Manager to lead our vibrant pizza shop. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring each meets quality standards and presentation expectations making like 21 to 24 hours a week. The rest is running the store. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and staff scheduling Lead a team of kitchen staff and dietary aides, providing training on food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service excellence Plan menus that cater to diverse tastes while maintaining consistency and creativity in pizza offerings Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices throughout the kitchen Oversee food preparation processes, including ingredient portioning, knife skills, and meal assembly to optimize efficiency Maintain a clean, organized workspace that promotes safety and productivity while fostering a positive team environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant chef, dietary aide, or culinary professional with a focus on food preparation and cooking Strong background in kitchen experience including knife skills, meal preparation, and food handling techniques Prior managerial experience in a retail or restaurant setting is highly desirable Knowledge of menu planning, catering services, and fine dining standards is a plus Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards required for food service environments Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate staff and manage daily operations effectively Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
