As a Pizza Maker, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every guest experiences the true essence of our restaurant - from the perfect crust to the innovative toppings. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas following our recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times
- Monitor and rotate pizza dough to maintain freshness and quality
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient execution of pizza orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment
- Collaborate with other culinary team members to develop new pizza flavors and specials
- Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.
- Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Ability to learn and follow processes.
- This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
