We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the food industry and excellent interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns Provide product information and recommendations Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for cash handling Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Knowledge of POS system is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Consent to background check Must be 16+ years of age to legally (State Law) operate Pizza Ovens.
