As a part of the job interview you will be asked to make a pizza by stretching the dough.
Pizza Makers Requirements
MUST BE ABLE TO STRETCH DOUGH BY HAND
Must have reliable transportation to work
Ability to lift 50lbs, ability to bend and kneel
Has made pizza by hand for a minimum of two years
Willing to learn new things
Available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Basic cooking knowledge
Operating basic kitchen equipment
Pizza Maker Duties and Responsibilities
Make pizza and other items from the restaurant menu
Assist with food preparation for all menu items
Able to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for sauteing ingredients and preparing sauces
Able to read tickets without errors
Properly label, store, and rotate food in all storage locations
Clean station completely and consistently
Complete daily cleaning projects as assigned
Can keep a fast pace and meet ticket time standards
