The Pizza Hut Team Lead supports daily operations and helps create an environment where guests receive fast, friendly service and consistent food quality. This role leads shifts in the absence of the manager, works alongside the crew, and helps train and motivate team members. The Team Lead ensures food safety, cleanliness, and team accountability while maintaining a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Supervisory experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, math, and customer service skills
Flexible schedule: minimum 2 nights per week, rotating weekends, and some holidays
Able to operate POS systems, use required technology, and work all food service areas
* Able to perform physical labor, stand for long periods, and work well under pressure
