Blaze Pizza Team Member

We are currently seeking Team Members who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions in our restaurant.

As a front-line worker, not only do we want you to show your own individuality, but you'll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fired in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes.

Duties

Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction through suggestive selling techniques. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy at all times. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist in food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and managing time effectively during busy periods. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours in a quick service or fast-food environment.

Pay: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
