Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing residential heating and cooling division specializing exclusively in

ductless mini-split systems

for Rhode Island homeowners. We focus on professional, clean, code-compliant installations and are seeking a licensed

Master Mechanical Pipefitter

to oversee and support our residential install operations.

Responsibilities:

Install

residential mini-split systems

(single-zone and multi-zone). Braze, flare, insulate, and secure copper refrigerant lines. Install condensate lines, line-hide, pads, brackets, and supports. Perform pressure testing, deep vacuuming, and system charging. Ensure all work is compliant with

Rhode Island mechanical and refrigerant code

. Oversee and guide junior installers/apprentices. Pull mechanical permits for residential mini-split installations. Complete install documentation and equipment commissioning.

Qualifications:

Rhode Island Master Mechanical

(required to pull permits). Strong experience with residential HVAC, refrigeration, or pipefitting. EPA 608 certification preferred. Ability to work in homes, attics, basements, and on ladders. Valid driver's license.

Salary Range (Rhode Island - Residential):

Market data indicates the following averages for Master-level mechanical work:

$32 - $40 per hour
