We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. As a Laborer, you will play an essential role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites. Digging trenches, preparing the ground for pipe installation, and ensuring proper shoring or trench boxes are in place for safety Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Connecting pipes according to blueprints, using various tools and materials like adhesives and sealing compounds Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Using lasers, grade rods, and other tools to ensure pipes are properly aligned and sloped Backfilling trenches with soil and compacting it around the installed pipe Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-related fields is preferred Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
