Position Overview:

Kansas Paving is seeking an experienced

Pipe Foreman

to oversee underground utility and storm sewer installation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a crew in the installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct daily activities of pipe crews on site. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Ensure proper installation of water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain systems. Coordinate with project managers, equipment operators, and laborers to maintain schedule and quality. Inspect work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and production. Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in underground utility or storm sewer installation. 1+ year of supervisory or foreman experience preferred. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
