to lead underground utility crews on a variety of civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for underground utility crews. Review and interpret plans, drawings, and construction specifications. Oversee installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Ensure work meets all safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Uphold trench safety protocols and OSHA standards. Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to crew members. Coordinate materials, equipment, and resource logistics. Complete daily field reports and maintain accurate job documentation.
Qualifications

5+ years

of experience in underground utility or civil construction work.

2+ years

in a leadership or foreman-level role. Proven understanding of OSHA guidelines and trench safety procedures. Strong blueprint reading and job planning skills. Effective communication, organization, and leadership abilities. Valid driver's license required;

CDL

preferred. Reliable transportation to field sites in and around Harrisville, UT.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Overtime as required during peak project phases.
Work Location

Field-based position. Must be available to report to job sites in the

Harrisville, UT

area daily.
