We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pilates studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing team dynamics, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Manage staff schedules, including shift management and team coordination. Maintain inventory control, ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked and organized. Utilize POS systems for sales management and transaction processing. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Handle administrative tasks, including clerical duties related to studio management. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during studio operations. Assist in marketing efforts to promote studio services and increase sales.

Experience

Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes is highly desirable. Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial, showcasing your ability to manage client relationships effectively. A background in the arts or fitness industry is a plus but not required.
