Position Overview

We are seeking a certified, enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to teach small-group Reformer and/or Mat classes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with an eye for alignment and a genuine desire to help clients progress safely and effectively. You'll join a supportive team that values creativity, professionalism, and client-centered teaching.

Responsibilities

Teach engaging, effective Reformer Pilates classes for all levels Provide safe modifications and progressions based on client needs Deliver exceptional client care and foster a positive class environment Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold our brand standards Participate in occasional team meetings, trainings, or studio events Contribute to client retention through relationship-building and great instruction

Qualifications

Pilates certification (Comprehensive or Reformer) from a recognized training program Previous teaching experience preferred, but new instructors are welcome with strong training Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, punctuality, and a professional, friendly attitude Passion for wellness and a commitment to ongoing education

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
