Pilates Reformer Instructor $45 per Class, Part-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pilates Instructor for our Studio program. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Pilates classes and private sessions and ensuring the continued success of our Pilates program.

Responsibilities:

Use Mind Body software to monitor classes and communicate with members Collaborate with the management team to promote the Pilates program and drive client engagement Design and lead Pilates classes for clients of all levels (classes have maximum of 4 participants) Coordinate and instruct one on one private, duets and small groups with excellence Provide individualized attention and guidance to members to help them improve their Pilates practice

Minimum Requirements:

200-500 hour Certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Polestar Pilates) Three years' experience as a Pilates instructor, with expertise in teaching equipment-basedPilates classes Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire clients and team members Proficient knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise physiology
