Buffalo Health and Fitness is a small business in Buffalo, NY. We are a new fitness studio that is quickly expanding. Our owner is a physical therapist who opened this studio with a goal to bridge the gap between the fitness and rehab world.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. We are willing to assist applicants in their certification. We prefer a candidate who has an educational background in anatomy or related background. We are looking to expand our Pilates classes both in the amount of classes and types of classes.

This position is for an Independent Contractor position.

6am classes preferred

Duties:

- Conduct Pilates sessions for individuals or groups

- Develop personalized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and goals

- Instruct clients on proper form and technique during exercises

- Be comfortable on social media for marketing purposes

-Motivate clients inside and outsided of work

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

- Open or close the studio

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Pilates instruction or a general group fitness certification.

- Educational background in anatomy/biology/kinesiology etc. (Preferred)

- Experience in program design tailored to individual needs

- CPR certification

- Insurance

Pay: $22.00 per hour
