Location: Soho, New York


Hours: Part Time (14-20 hours)


Reporting To: Boutique Manager


Pay Rate (Hourly): $25-$30 Based on experience, plus Commission Eligible

This role is an exciting opportunity to bring an elevated piercing experience to our Soho, New York location. Your skill, experience and knowledge will help us deliver an unparalleled service to our customers in a fun, accessible, luxury environment. What you'll do




Deliver warm, welcoming and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and jewelry needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practises, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of our customers Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience Consult and guide our Retail Operations team on legal, technical and safety measures in New York Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing Support in the retail environment as required, driving appointments to the piercing studio



What you'll bring




A customer focused mindset, putting them first in all you do An understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio (Instagram/Facebook/Website) Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in Seattle, Washington State A clean, professional and service oriented approach Must be licensed to work in Seattle, Washington State A passion for sharing your knowledge with others, willing to help and advise different areas of the business

Ability to document your authorization to work in the United States


Mobility Requirements


Able to travel regularly within Manhattan, flexibility to travel to other locations within the US as required
