1. Data Processing and Customer Interaction
- Process system data, generate daily pickup tasks, review and distribute them to the dispatch team.
- Coordinate with drivers or the dispatch team to dynamically adjust pickup plans (e.g., expedited pickups, cancellations, or address changes).
- Handle customer pickup requests via phone and email, arrange pickup times, and confirm package details.
2. Dispatch Work
- Based on daily pickup tasks, combined with driver schedules, vehicle status, and geographic information, rationally allocate pickup tasks to drivers.
- Monitor the execution of pickup tasks and adjust the dispatch plan in real time according to actual conditions (e.g., traffic conditions, emergencies).
- Collaborate across departments to ensure the rational allocation of vehicle resources and promptly handle emergencies such as vehicle breakdowns or temporary driver absences.
- Maintain close communication with drivers, promptly convey task change information, answer questions encountered by drivers during pickups, and ensure drivers understand and execute task assignments.
3. Problem Handling and Complaint Resolution
- Track pickup anomalies (e.g., delays, missed pickups), contact customers and internal/external teams to promote resolution, and ensure a closed-loop service process.
- Record and analyze frequently occurring anomalies and propose optimization suggestions.
4. Progress Tracking and Daily Report Summary
- Proactively track pickup progress and generate daily pickup reports, including task completion status and anomaly handling results.
- Regularly summarize lessons learned in dispatching work, propose improvement measures, and optimize dispatching processes.
5. Fleet Management
- Understand driver scheduling and register vehicles, including but not limited to vehicle type and rental source.
- Responsible for vehicle consumable procurement, fleet hierarchical management, and other fleet-related matters.
6. External Liaison
- Understand personalized customer needs, accompany drivers on field trips to meet with local customers, and confirm pickup details, such as pickup time and location.
Qualification:
1. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
2. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
3. Strong communication skills; able to coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service to ensure efficient pickup operations.
4. Strong stress resistance; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional attitude.
5. Proficient in telephone and email communication; customer service experience preferred.
6. Prior experience in warehousing and logistics is preferred.
