Ark Line,

a FedEx Ground contractor is now hiring FedEx Delivery Route Drivers in the

Beltsville, MD

area. Drivers operate out of the Beltsville terminal and will be making deliveries to NW and NE Washington, DC and PG County areas.

Our drivers use step vans provided by the employer.

No CDL is required!

Terminal Location:

11900 Trolley Ln, Beltsville, MD 20705

Pay:

$900-$1200/six day week

Schedule Example:

Tuesday-Sunday; Monday-Saturday

Pickup/Delivery Driver Job Information:

We operate 7 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas so availability on weekends is required during the holiday season.*

This is a physical job that requires handling heavy boxes (with a dolly) and the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck at each stop

Safe operation of company vehicles

Requirements of Delivery Driver:

All applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):

1 year of verifiable work driving experience in the last 3 years.

Military driving, moving, Amazon, junk hauling, taxi, Uber, pizza delivery, and landscape driving are acceptable experiences!

Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (paid by employer!). Background check required. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a full drivers license

Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs (with a dolly). Have dependable transportation. Safety mindset. The ability to locate addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must, as is a good general knowledge of our service area. Positive attitude + a team player!

Responsibilities of the Pickup / Delivery Driver :

SAFETY ABOVE ALL Arrive at the Beltsville FedEx terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages Loading and unloading packages from the truck Picking up and delivering packages to the destination Scanning and logging Packages
