As a Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and accurately for shipment. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on precision and speed, contributing to the seamless flow of operations within our warehouse. What you'll do

Prepare products for shipment by selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring items are securely packed. Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Label packages clearly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Operate packaging machinery as needed, following all safety protocols. Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting any shortages or damages. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

Basic qualifications

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment. Previous logistics experience a plus (Amazon, UPS, Fedex, ECommerce) Ability to operate hand tools and packaging machinery safely.
