| Monday - Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm

$18.00 starting hourly rate

Primary Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders Operate scanners to ensure proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately Build pallets with orders and position them for processing Operate material handling equipment (power walkies) Pack and process small orders via UPS Work collaboratively with Coordinator and Supervisors, who will assign orders Pick customer orders within established productivity standards via RF technology Pack customer order using material handling equipment: this includes UPS, LTL and TL shipments Observe all the ITW safety policies and procedures; maintain a neat and orderly work area Contribute towards process improvement within job parameters Perform general warehouse duties as necessary Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED, preferred but not required Previous experience in warehouse environment, preferred Previous experience operating material handling equipment, preferred Must be able to work 6:00a, - 2:30pm (Mon - Fri) plus overtime as required; may be required to work occasional weekends Good interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer and keyboarding skills

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this position, within typical manufacturing and warehouse working conditions.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be exposed to fumes, heat and dust, climate variances and moving mechanical equipment typically found in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is high when exposed to the manufacturing areas. Certain personal protective equipment is required when in the manufacturing areas. Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to grip, grasp, reach, push and pull with hands and arms, walk, stand, speak and listen, climb, kneel, bend, sit, mount and dismount power industrial vehicle and able to walk on hard surfaces such as concrete. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
