Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Physician Practice Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the BHMG site. This includes oversight of patient care, staff supervision, quality management, compliance, and administrative support. The role requires daily interaction with physicians, patients, staff, and community partners. The Physician Practice Lead blends clinical and administrative skills to ensure operational effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and adherence to Baptist Health standards.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Five years of related experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Healthcare management or supervisory experience preferred. CMA or LPN preferred Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
