Essential Functions/Job Duties
1. As the Physician Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness through direct marketing to attorneys and other health care providers in the Salem and Portland regions.
2. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products, services and new patient referrals with the Marketing Manager.
3. Develop and manage sales/marketing efforts through a CRM tool.
4. Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
5. Assist in developing and recommending product and services packaging to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
6. Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
7. Ensure effective control of marketing results through KPI Charts to ensure marketing objectives fall within designated parameters.
8. Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
9. Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities and adjusts in-house strategies accordingly.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
11. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image ("the brand") throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
12. Assists in marketing forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
13. Attend training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
14. Adheres to market distribution of establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for marketing.
15. Represent Company at trade association and medical meetings to promote services and products.
16. Meet with key clients and maintaining relationships by attending lunches and dinners with key
prospects and established relationships.
17. Distribute marketing and sales collateral materials and publications.
18. Prepare weekly and/or periodic reports showing critical success factors such as: referral volume, new prospect meetings, new patient referrals, total calls made each week, procedures generated from referral sources, etc.
19. Review and analyze marketing performance against programs, quotas and plans to determine effectiveness.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected from time to time, especially to outlying markets where satellite locations exist and to areas being considered for expansion.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field; healthcare experience a plus but not necessary;
Preferred Education and Experience
3. Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree a plus in sales, marketing or business administration with no less than 2 years of experience in a related field; healthcare experience a plus but not necessary.
