in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your expertise in this vital role. As a Physician Life Care Planner, you will evaluate and develop detailed, individualized care plans for individuals with complex medical needs resulting from injury or illness.

Responsibilities
Conduct reviews of medical records and legal documents, and interviews of parties to litigation (primarily remote).
Work collaboratively with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to develop detailed, evidence-based life care plans outlining future medical treatments, therapies, and support services tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.
Utilize advanced, custom-built software that allows for highly flexible work hours through task-based assignments.
Obtain certification as a Life Care Planner as part of the position, with exceptional hands-on mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in the field.
Communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively to clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Experience & Qualifications
Must be actively practicing medicine (part-time or per diem positions are acceptable).
Must have flexibility to testify (remotely or in person) with reasonable notice and scheduling accommodations.
Zero tolerance for any licensure restrictions, censure, or stricken testimony in prior cases.
Preferred adult-care specialties include Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Physiatry/Rehabilitation; however, pediatric-focused providers will be considered.
Desired personal attributes include a direct communication style, exceptional multitasking ability, receptiveness to feedback, strong written communication skills, and overall professionalism.
Excellent communication skills for detailed report writing and interdisciplinary collaboration; active engagement in ongoing professional development is encouraged.
