Work Schedule: Full Time Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-12:30pm

Overview


Pearl OBGYN and Pearl Girl Clinics are growing!! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Pearl OBGYN team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and promoting overall health and wellness. This role requires a strong understanding of medical practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Administer medications, and perform procedures Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients about health management, prevention and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. completion of all documentation in a timely manner. Place orders, interpret and provide results for labs and imaging.

Qualifications



Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations

Current State of Kansas PA or APRN Licensure, Board certification, DEA and CME requirements.

Skills



Strong knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience in Women's Health care is preferred. Ability to administer medications safely and effectively. Familiarity with procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanon insertion/removals, and colposcopy is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
