Job Description

Job Duties:

Assist physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with any patient needs not related to direct service Maintain cleanliness of the clinic including; cleaning equipment, workstations, etc. Perform all duties associated with patient intake

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Relevant experience, or currently pursuing an education as a PT/OT or PTA/OTA may be substituted for experience Willing to undergo background check Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry Effective verbal and written communication skills

Maintain a positive and professional image by being well groomed and having the proper uniform at all times Perform all duties in a safe, courteous, confidential and professional manner Complete all documentation accurately and on a timely basis Maintain confidentiality of all patient and Centric Physical Therapy information in accordance with HIPAA Comply with all Centric Physical Therapy administrative and operational policies and procedures
