What You'll Do

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Educate patients and families on exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient success

What We're Looking For

Active Utah Physical Therapist license Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred
