What You'll Do:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function Carry out individualized therapy plans and document progress Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the therapy process
###

Qualifications:

Current PA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
